PATCH (Patch Agent) is a fair-mint meme token on BNB Chain, built for holders of a Binance Agent ID. It is the mascot of a simple idea: the agent economy runs on wallets that sign, swap and mint around the clock — yet it never installed an antivirus for them. PATCH turns that idea into a transparent, fixed-rule token sale: 10,000 shares of 50,000,000 PATCH each, sold through an Agent-ID gated contract at prices fixed in code before launch. The first 1,000 shares are free — one per Agent ID. Paid shares are priced in USDT on a shallow ladder from 1.2 to 2.0 USDT. There is no presale, no private round and no team allocation. When all 10,000 shares sell, 80% of the proceeds forms the PancakeSwap liquidity pool together with the token's pool reserve, and the LP tokens are burned; if the sale does not complete, paid buyers are refunded 100% of the USDT they paid. Every rule in this paper can be checked against the verified contract source.
WHITEPAPER · VERSION 1.0
PATCH
The antivirus for Agent ID wallets.
ABSTRACT
Abstract
01
1. The Incident
In October 2026, the crypto industry suffered the largest hack in its history — roughly $6.3 billion. According to public reporting and initial findings, the attack reportedly began with a single compromised laptop belonging to a DevOps engineer. The attacker reportedly never broke any cryptography; they did not need to. One infected machine, holding the right access, reportedly opened the door.
Reporting on the incident indicated that roughly $3 billion of the stolen assets were frozen, and that Binance moved to cover user losses. Early attribution in public reporting pointed to the Lazarus Group / TraderTraitor cluster. These details reflect initial findings as reported at the time; investigations of incidents this size evolve, and this paper treats them as reported background — not as settled fact.
The lesson the industry took was about exchanges. The lesson PATCH takes is about everyone else. The fastest-growing class of crypto users is no longer human traders clicking buttons — it is software agents: wallets that hold keys, sign transactions, swap, mint and manage positions around the clock, often with standing approvals and automated pipelines. Every one of those wallets ultimately trusts the machine it runs on and the human who set it up. One bad download, one fake site, one wrong signature — and a wallet is drained.
The ecosystem built firewalls for exchanges. It never installed an antivirus for agent wallets.
PATCH is that antivirus — in meme-token form. The hackers installed their malware. We install the PATCH.
02
2. What is PATCH
PATCH is a meme token with an unusually boring — and deliberate — distribution design:
- A mascot with a story. PATCH is the patch the compromised laptop never received: a shield for the agent economy, launched as a community meme token.
- A fair mint, not a raise. There is no presale, no private round, no influencer allocation and no team allocation. Apart from a fixed, publicly declared pool reserve, PATCH only comes into existence when a share is minted.
- One identity, one quota. The sale is gated by the Binance Agent ID registry, checked on-chain at mint time. Each Agent ID identity may mint at most 10 shares in total, including its free share.
- Rules in code, published in advance. Supply, quota, the free-share block and the full price ladder are fixed contract parameters, set before launch and visible in the verified source. The price ladder is a hardcoded constant in the sale contract — nobody can change it after deployment, including the owner.
- Verifiable endgame. The sale has exactly two outcomes, both public commitments: complete the sale and launch the pool, or refund the buyers. Section 5 and Section 6 state both plainly.
PATCH is an unofficial community meme project. It is not affiliated with Binance, and nothing in this paper should be read as implying endorsement by Binance or any other organisation. See Section 9 for the full disclaimers.

3. Tokenomics
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Token name | Patch Agent |
| Symbol | PATCH |
| Network | BNB Chain (BSC) |
| Total supply cap | 788,000,000,000 PATCH |
| — Share allocation | 500,000,000,000 PATCH (10,000 shares × 50,000,000) |
| — Pool reserve | 288,000,000,000 PATCH (minted once to the sale contract, reserved for the liquidity pool) |
| Shares in the sale | 10,000 |
| PATCH per share | 50,000,000 |
| Free shares | First 1,000 shares — 1 free share per Agent ID |
| Quota | Max 10 shares per Agent ID (including the free share) |
| Payment token | USDT (BEP20, BNB Chain) |
| Price ladder | 1.2 USDT → 2.0 USDT per share (see Section 4) |
| Full sellout gross | 14,400 USDT |
| Proceeds split | 80% liquidity pool (11,520 USDT) / 20% treasury (2,880 USDT) |
| Team allocation | None |
| Presale / private round | None |
The supply cap is enforced by the token contract: no more than 788,000,000,000 PATCH can ever exist. The token's ownership has been renounced, so no one can change the token contract's parameters. The sale contract is the token's only minter, and that minter slot is locked permanently — PATCH can only be created by the sale contract, in exactly two ways: minting a share to a buyer, and the one-time minting of the pool reserve, which has already been executed and is visible on-chain.
04
4. Fair Mint Mechanics
4.1 The gate
Only wallets holding a Binance Agent ID can mint. At mint time, the sale contract checks the Agent ID registry on-chain; if the caller's identity does not resolve, the transaction reverts. There is no whitelist form, no application and no alternative entry. The per-identity quota is enforced by the contract, not by this website or any off-chain list.
4.2 Shares and quota
The sale is divided into 10,000 shares. Each share is 50,000,000 PATCH, minted directly to the buyer's wallet in the mint transaction — there is nothing to claim afterwards. Each Agent ID identity may hold at most 10 shares from the sale (1 free + up to 9 paid).
4.3 Free shares
The first 1,000 shares of the sale are free. While that block lasts, the first share minted by each Agent ID identity costs 0 USDT — the minter pays only the BNB Chain network fee (gas). One free share per identity. Once 1,000 shares have been minted, the free block is exhausted and every further share is paid.
4.4 The price ladder
Paid shares are priced in USDT on a fixed ladder. The ladder counts paid shares only — the 1,000 free shares do not move the price — and the price rises by 0.1 USDT for every 1,000 paid shares sold:
| Paid block | Paid shares | Total shares at block end | Price per share |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free block | — (first 1,000 shares overall) | 1,000 | FREE |
| 1 | 1 – 1,000 | 2,000 | 1.2 USDT |
| 2 | 1,001 – 2,000 | 3,000 | 1.3 USDT |
| 3 | 2,001 – 3,000 | 4,000 | 1.4 USDT |
| 4 | 3,001 – 4,000 | 5,000 | 1.5 USDT |
| 5 | 4,001 – 5,000 | 6,000 | 1.6 USDT |
| 6 | 5,001 – 6,000 | 7,000 | 1.7 USDT |
| 7 | 6,001 – 7,000 | 8,000 | 1.8 USDT |
| 8 | 7,001 – 8,000 | 9,000 | 1.9 USDT |
| 9 | 8,001 – 9,000 | 10,000 | 2.0 USDT |
A purchase is charged at the price of the block it starts in. The ladder is a hardcoded constant in the sale contract — it is not an owner setting and cannot be raised, lowered or reset by anyone after deployment. If all 9,000 paid shares sell, the total collected is exactly 14,400 USDT (an average of 1.6 USDT per paid share).
4.5 How a mint works
- 1Hold a Binance Agent ID in the wallet you mint from.
- 2For a paid share, approve USDT for the sale contract once, then mint. A free share needs no approval — only gas.
- 3PATCH is minted to your wallet in the same transaction.
Until the sale completes, there is no liquidity pool and PATCH is not traded anywhere; the fair mint is the only way to obtain it.
05
5. Money Rules & Pool Launch
The proceeds split is simple and public. Out of every USDT paid into the sale:
- 80% — the pool. At a full sellout this is 11,520 USDT.
- 20% — treasury. At a full sellout this is 2,880 USDT, funding the website, tooling and the project's future work.
5.1 Pool launch at sellout
When share #10,000 sells, the sale is complete. The pool launch then proceeds as follows:
- 1The 288,000,000,000 PATCH pool reserve — already minted to, and held by, the sale contract — is paired with the 11,520 USDT pool share of the proceeds.
- 2The pair is added as liquidity on PancakeSwap.
- 3The LP tokens are burned, so the liquidity cannot be withdrawn by anyone.
The pool therefore opens at 2.00 USDT per 50,000,000 PATCH — exactly the final mint price — so the last minters are not undercut by the pool opening below what they paid. At that opening price, the fully diluted valuation of the 788,000,000,000 PATCH cap is 31,520 USDT.
5.2 How the money is held and moved — stated plainly
Readers of the verified source will see exactly how the sale contract works, so this paper states it without decoration:
- Sale proceeds accumulate in the sale contract as USDT.
- The contract's withdraw() function can be called only by the contract owner — nobody else can trigger a withdrawal, and proceeds can only ever be withdrawn to the project treasury wallet.
- The 80/20 split, the pool creation and the LP burn are commitments executed by the project owner at sellout, not automatic contract triggers. The pool-creation and LP-burn transactions will be ordinary public BNB Chain transactions, verifiable by anyone on a block explorer as soon as they happen.
- The owner's ability to withdraw is also what makes the refund policy in Section 6 executable.
This design was chosen deliberately and is disclosed here in full: the commitments in Sections 5.1 and 6 rest on the project's public record and on transactions that anyone can verify after the fact.
06
6. Refund Policy
If the sale does not reach 10,000 shares, the sale is treated as not completed, and:
- Every paid buyer is refunded 100% of the USDT they paid — in full, with no fees or deductions.
- Free shares cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund for them.
Refunds are executed by the project owner to the wallets that made the payments, and each refund transaction is publicly verifiable on-chain. The pool does not launch in this outcome, and the pool reserve is not paired.
07
7. Sellout Giveaway
PATCH runs a holder giveaway alongside the fair mint:
- Prize pool: 4,000 USDT — 2,000 winners × 2 USDT each.
- Who can enter: anyone holding at least 1 share (50,000,000 PATCH) from the fair mint.
- How to enter: share the campaign on X or on Binance Square — either platform is enough — and submit the entry through the official website.
- When: entries are open during the sale — no need to wait for sellout. Winners are hand-picked by the project owner from the submitted entries after the sale sells out, and prizes are paid after sellout.
Holding is verified on-chain at the time of entry, and winners are paid in USDT after sellout.

8. Roadmap
- Phase 1 — Pre-launch community. The PATCH story and mascot are introduced on X; the tokenomics, price ladder and money rules in this paper are published in full before the mint opens. Contracts are deployed and source-verified, and their addresses are published on the official website and X account.
- Phase 2 — The fair mint. The Agent-ID gated sale runs: 1,000 free shares first, then the USDT price ladder, until either all 10,000 shares are sold or the sale closes without completing — in which case the refund policy in Section 6 applies.
- Phase 3 — Pool launch. At sellout, the PancakeSwap pool is created from 11,520 USDT and the 288,000,000,000 PATCH reserve, the LP tokens are burned, and open trading begins at the final mint price. The Sellout Giveaway (Section 7) winners are picked from the submitted entries and paid.
- Phase 4 — Post-launch. Treasury funds the website, tooling and continued community work. PATCH's longer-term direction — utilities, integrations and further community campaigns — is developed with the holder community and announced through the official channels. No element of Phase 4 is a promise of returns; see Section 9.

9. Risks & Disclaimers
- Meme token. PATCH is a meme token created for community and entertainment purposes. It has no intrinsic value, no cash flows and no guaranteed utility. Its market price, once trading begins, can go to zero.
- Volatility. Meme tokens are among the most volatile assets in crypto. Only take part with money you can afford to lose entirely.
- Not financial advice. This paper is documentation, not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Nothing in it is a solicitation or a promise of profit.
- No affiliation. PATCH is an unofficial meme project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Binance or any exchange, company or organisation mentioned in the incident narrative. References to the October 2026 hack follow public reporting and initial findings, which are described as "reportedly" and may be revised as investigations conclude.
- Smart-contract risk. The token and sale contracts are new. Both are source-verified on Sourcify with an exact match, and readers are encouraged to review the code themselves — but verification is not an audit, and no smart contract can be guaranteed free of defects.
- Manual-execution commitments. As stated in Section 5.2, the pool creation, LP burn and any refunds are executed by the project owner rather than triggered automatically by the contract. They are public commitments of the project, made verifiable by the fact that every resulting transaction is visible on-chain — but they depend on the owner carrying them out, and participants should weigh that accordingly.
- Verify addresses. Only trust contract addresses published on the official website (patchmint.pages.dev) and the official X account (@patchagentbnb). Any other address claiming to be PATCH is not PATCH.
